JULY 2007

Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. first meets with Ormond Beach Municipal Airport Manager Mr. Tom Lipps to describe its proposed project to the City of Ormond Beach.

SUMMER AND FALL 2007

Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. continues to meet and discuss its project with Mr. Lipps and Mr. Mannarino (City of Ormond Beach Economic Development Director).  Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. repeatedly requests that the City of Ormond Beach enter into good faith negotiations with the Company so that the parties could reach a lease agreement for its project on the Southwest Quadrant of the Ormond Beach Airport.

Mr. Mannarino advises Green that the City would not enter into negotiations with the Company, because any negotiation leading to an eventual lease on the Southwest Quadrant of the Airport had to be accomplished after the City of Ormond Beach completes a competitive bidding process through an Request for Proposal (RFP).

In late summer 2007, Mr. Lipps informed Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. that the City needed to conduct engineering studies and evaluation of wetlands issues on the Southwest Quadrant of the Airport before the City could determine how much land was actually available for development.

Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. emails Mr. Lipps to ascertain the status of the engineering and wet land studies.

NOVEMBER 19, 2007

Mr. Mannarino e-mailed Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. as follows:

"As we previously discussed, the wetland issues are of primary concern to any development of the SW Quad and other areas around the Airport.  Tom and I met with City engineering staff who suggested hiring a wetlands specialist to evaluate the wetlands.  Tom has contacted the wetland engineer who worked on the Business Park expansion project and I believe we are waiting for his estimate for this work.  We will be back in touch with you once we have a better estimate of when this project can be completed."
