The Legal Land and Aviation Development Group consists of two firms: Shutts & Bowen, LLP and James Morris, PA.
Kenneth Wright is a partner in the Orlando office of Schutts & Bowen. He has experience working with governmental law, land use, public finance, transportation, and land acquisition and development. He has served as Chairman of the Board for Orlando Sanford Airport Authority, which oversees the Orlando Sanford International Airport. He will assist with state and local land development issues associated with the horizontal development of this project.

James S. Morris, will assist with legal considerations involving land use, real property transactions, and administrative and governmental proceedings. He has extensive experience in site planning, permitting, annexation, and comprehensive plan amendments. He would assist during lease negotiations with the City of Ormond Beach and the Company and with any horizontal land development issues once the lease is obtained.
