The Flight Operations Group consists of four team members with considerable experience in aviation management: Captain Terry Burlingame, American Air Lines; Captain Jesse Vosse, Corporate Aviation; Lt. Col. Ronaldo Christianson, United States Air Force Reserve; and Lt. Col. Doug Slipko, United States Air Force Reserve (Retired), Fed Ex.
CAPTAIN BURLINGAME

Captain Burlingame has over 39 years of aerospace operations experience and numerous years of direct experience assisting in the management of an Fixed Based Operation (FBO) located in Bradford, PA.

He worked as an Assistant Chief Pilot at Atlantic Aviation in Wilmington, Delaware, where he operated and assisted in the management of the Convair 580, King Air 200B, and Westwind I aircraft.
CAPTAIN VOSEE

Captain Vosee has over 24 years of aerospace operations and management experience.  As the Chief Pilot for St. Johns Advertising,

Captain Vosse was responsible for managing the company's flight and business operations, including, among other things, scheduled aircraft maintenance and handling flight crews scheduling and training.  In addition he has over 15 years of corporate flying experience and is an FAA Certified Aircraft Dispatcher.
LT. COL. CHRISTIANSON

Lt. Col. Christianson is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserves.  Previously, he was the Operations Manager for the South American Airlift Command.  There he managed crews and missions of C-130s and C-27s operating in Central and South America as well as the Carribbean.

He previously served as the Squadron Commander for a civil engineering squadron.  In that capacity, he managed more than 400 personnel that provided structural maintenance, road maintenance, and firefighting and environmental services for McChord Air Force Base in Tacoma, WA.  Additionally, while working for the European Strategic Intratheater Deployment Stage Manger in Frankfort, Germany,  Lt. Col. Christianson managed the daily operations of aircraft and aircrews in Europe.
LT. COL. SLIPKO

Lt. Col. Slipko will assist the Flight Operations Group with coordinating and managing the many special aviation projects necessary to operate the flight operations facility.  This will include obtaining and maintaining the currency of FAA certifications.

He has gained the experience necessary to perform these managerial activities through his years of experience working at various U.S. Air Force bases and curently flies for Fed Ex.
