Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. has the ability and financial wherewithal to fully bond (investment and construction funds) each phase of its proposed project, subject to the acceptability of lease contract documents, bond forms and other financing.

We would agree as part of any negotiated Memorandum of Understanding or eventual lease to post Surety (investment funds) and Performance (construction funds) bonds upon the close of escrow, and immediately prior to construction, to protect the City from having an unfinished structure at the Airport.
