One of the Company's key advisors is Jim Jarrell. His name is very well known in Flagler County, Volusia County, and in the City of Ormond Beach.
Jim Jarrell was the Deputy County Administrator for Flagler County from 2005-2008. Among other things, he was responsible for managing 350 county employees, annual budgets exceeding $200 million, the Flagler County Airport, and the Office of Management and Budget.

From 2001 to 2005, Jim Jarrell served as the Airport Director for the Flagler County Airport, which at the time was Florida's fourth busiest airport for aircraft operations. In three years, he increased the airport's net revenue 65%. In addition, he managed the airport's limited service Fixed Based Operation (FBO) functions, including fueling, as well as the airport's land lease management program for all aircraft hangars, office and restaurant facilities located on the airport. During his years as the Airport Director, Mr. Jarrell obtained over $3.5 million in federal and state development grants.
Moreover, Mr. Jarrell seved briefly as Ormond Beach Airport's Airport Manager following his retirement from Flagler County in 2008. He not only has direct aviation managerial experience of the type that will make the proposed Fixed Based Operation succeed, he has direct aviation managerial experience at Ormond Beach Municipal Airport in which the proposed FBO facility will be operated.
Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. will use Mr. Jarrell's expertise to help in the development and execution phases of the FBO project. He will provide direct strategic assistance to the Fixed Based Operation Management Team. Like the rest of the team, Mr. Jarrell is available to work on an FBO development project at the Airport and, indeed, is eager to do so.
