The management team is responsible for the functional planning and future operations of the facilty.  Most of the members of this team have extensive military experience, where they gained leadership skills and learned the skills to suceed in the business world, including teamwork, chain of command, strategic planning for specific objections, organization, and how to motivate team members.  Brandon Perry and Arnie B. Green, assisted by Doug Whitlow, would manage the this team.
BRANDON PERRY

Brandon Perry has primary responsiblity for coordinating the financial affairs of the Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. business and development project.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master's Degree in Accounting, both from Stetson University, as well as an Accreditation in Business Valuations from the American Institute of CPA's.

Mr. Perry had 14 years of experience as a CPA at Bolerjock, Halsema and Bowling in Daytona Beach, Florida.  He was the Chief of the Tax Department and a shareholder of that firm.  In 2008, Mr. Perry opened his own fully service CPA firm, specializing in all levels of taxation planning and preparation, as well as business valuations and litigation support.  He has broad experience in areas of new and existing business development, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and financial plans and taxation strategies.  This makes him uniquely qualified to develop and analyze the most complex business models, including the financial business model and investment strategies used in developing Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. FBO project.
ARNIE B. GREEN

Arnie B. Green has the experience necessary to manage an Fixed Based Operation (FBO) aviation facility of the size and complexity proposed.  He has worked in general aviation, corporate aviation, and airline transport and is deeply familiar with their needs.  He also has 28 years in the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserves, and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.  He has flown on worldwide missions, including Afghanistan and Iraq and currently flies for US Airways.

Morover, he was the Senior Command Post Duty Officer responsible for the daily flight operations of the 438th Military Airlift Wing at McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey.  There, he supervised over 500 wing personnel on a daily basis and directed flight and ground operations for over 54 C-141B aircraft.  This far exceeds the size and complexity of Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. proposed FBO operations at the Airport.  In addition, he has held numerous squadron support managerial positions.  There can be no doubt that he has more than enough direct managerial experience to operate an FBO facility at the Ormond Beach Municipal Airport.
