TWO STEP PROCESS FOR SUCCESS

Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc., and its development team believe that the only practical way for a master airport developer/operator of aviation related facilities to reach an agreement with the City of Ormond Beach for the master development and lease of vacant land located in the Southwest Quadrant of the Ormond Beach Municipal Airport, should be in the form of a two-step process.

The first step of this process, which has already been completed by Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc., is the submission of the overall development concept plan for the Southwest Quadrant of the airport.  The second step of this process, negotiating in good faith pertaining to specific lease issues, should proceed without unreasonable delay as required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Grant Assurances.
NEGOTIATING IN GOOD FAITH

The second step of this process is that the City of Ormond Beach has an obligation under the FAA Grant Assurances and other FAA policy to negotiate in good faith with Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. for the development of a Fixed Based Operation and other aeronautical services at the Ormond Beach Municipal Airport.
