Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. asked Ms. Shanahan again to meet to discuss the project.  Ms. Shanahan forwarded the request to Mr. Mannarino, and a meeting was subsequently scheduled with Mr. Mannarino, and not Ms. Shanahan.

OCTOBER 21, 2010

Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. met with Mr. Mannarino and Mr. Lichliter (Airport Manager - a new airport manager) to discuss the status of the draft Request for Proposal (RFP), the Noise Abatement Task Force, and the Company's project.  The Company asked the City at that time to provide information relating to current lease rates on the Southeast Quadrant of the Airport and fuel flowage quantities and fees paid to the City.

Mr. Mannarino forwarded Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. an e-mail from Mr. Lichliter that provided some of the information requested and answered some of the Company's questions that were asked in the October 21, 2010 meeting.

Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. e-mailed Mr. Mannarino a request to schedule dates for its partners who wanted to "walk-through" the Southwest Quadrant of the Airport.
