Green Associates, Inc. is working with several public and private companies and high net-worth individuals to source and obtain the 30% of the capital it needs for Phase I of the project.  These sources have expressed a clear desire to work with Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. to invest and finance the project subject to review of the Private Placement Memorandum ("prospectus", "offering circular", or "PPM") for the project, and review of the terms and conditions of the vacant land lease for the Southwest Quadrant of the Airport obtained from the City of Ormond Beach.

Green Associates, Inc. has for sources of funding is with a company that invests capital on behalf of its principles and institutional partners, which include Fortune 500 companies, pension funds, foundations, insurance companies and other professional investors.  Additionally, this company has worked with the Congressional Finance Committee to leverage government-asset partnerships for several projects with a valuation of over $100 million.
