"For the reasons set forth in our Response and as will be further shown in our Surreply, we do not see any need for any further discussions or meetings with Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. concerning it proposal for a large-scale development project at the Ormond Beach Airport."

DECEMBER 11, 2012

The Federal Aviation Administration reassigns the FAA Part 13 Complaint filed by Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. against the City of Ormond Beach to an Airport Compliance Specialist for review, in its Atlanta, GA office.

The Airport Compliance Specialist notifies the Company's attorney and the City of Ormond Beach's Washington, DC lawyer that the FAA will contact them once they have had a chance to review the documentation provided to the FAA.

"...that the FAA consider a meeting with the parties since under Part 13, the FAA can get involved in seeing if a resolution is possible.  My client would be willing to come to Atlanta and I assume that the City would be willing to host all parties at City Hall?  No need to include attorneys if this would be easier."
