PROJECT INVESTMENT

Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. proposal for the development of the Southwest Quadrant of the Ormond Beach Airport does not anticipate any funding input from the City of Ormond Beach in connection with any bond financing.

Our financial projections and planned structure will not need to raise the full projected capital amount - $70.5 million - in the project's initial capital development phase.

Since the construction of the project will be in stages, the Planning Team has compiled detailed financial projections to determine the amount of funding initially necessary, and as the project progresses in development and execution.
FINANCING PLAN MIX

As the Company's capital needs arise, we plan on financing seventy percent (70%) of Phase I through industrial revenue bonds or special use bonds, a traditional bank loan, bridge loans, and other bond instruments.  We would also seek the remaining thirty percent (30%) of the funding from private stakeholders, including individuals involved in the project and other high net-worth individuals.

The proposal includes a timetable for each phase of the project, including deadlines to raise the 30% of the capital it expects to raise from private investors and deadlines (subject to reasonable extensions) for bank or public financing, which would give the City reasonable assurance that Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. would be financially sound to provide aeronautical services to the public and be financially sound.
