Second, CoreStates Capitol Advisors will act as financial advisorys for the Company. Bill Spiropoulas is the President and CEO and has been involved in the securities industry since 1978. He is the lead consultant concerning financial engineering and portfolio management at CoreStates and has expertise in portfolio management for institutional and high-net worth individual clients. In fact, he was named to the Schwab Institutional Board of Directors advisory council and often appears on news programs to discuss the financial markets. He will work with Arnie B. Green Associates, Inc. to raise private equity funds from institutions and high-net worth individuals.

First, Shutts & Bowen, LLP would act as financial advisor and legal bond counsel for the company. Stefan Ruban is a partner in the law firm's corporate group in Orlando, Florida, who has significant experience in structuring and facilitating small and mid-cap companies' debt and privat placements of equity in the U.S. and internationally. His job is to assist in structuring, negotiating, and documenting the debt placement portion requirements of the Fixed Based Operation (FBO) development project.
In addition, Steven Zucker, a partner in the law firm's corporate group in Orlando, would assist in the issuance of tax-exempt bonds, notes, and other forms of indebtedness, if necessary. He has served as counsel to many cities, community redevelopment agencies, community development districts, expressway authorities, and other local governments and special taxing districts.
