The Legal Special Purpose Entity Group is led by Gus Gornto, a partner in Gornto & Gornto, P.A.  He specializes in comprehensive legal services in commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, business and tax law, and forming private funding entities for raising private investment venture capital.  Among other assistance, he would be responsible for setting up the entitites required to raise private equity venture capital.
