The Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Group (MRO) will handle the planning and operation of the maintenance, repair and overhaul facility. The team includes two members with significant experience in aviation maintenance management: Ron Faber and Francisco Pacheco.
RON FABER
Ron Faber graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Professional Aviation with a dual minor in Management and Safety. Ron has over 25 years of experience in aviation maintenance and management operations. He has extensive maintenance management experience directly responsible for the daily operations of the Gainesville maintenance facility of Eclipse Aviation.

FRANCISCO PACHECO
Francisco Pacheco also graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Maintenance Management and a Masters degree from the Venezuelan Air Force Graduate School. Francisco has over 20 years of aviation management experience specializing in the maintenance and business environments.
As a General Operations Manager for Extreme Aviation Services, he was responsible for managing plans, logistics, repairs, overhaul and maintenance of Boeing 757, 767, McDonnell Douglas DC-9, and MD-80's owned by numerous domestic and international air transport carriers.
As International Division Manager for Southwest Florida Aviation International, he planned, organized and managed overall international maintenance, manufacturing and development of SW series helicopters.
Francisco Pacheco also graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Maintenance Management and a Masters degree from the Venezuelan Air Force Graduate School.
